NCT Alliance Marks Major NSIP Milestone with Phase 1 Vacant Possession Handover and KM2 Launch

SELANGOR, 8 SEPTEMBER 2026. NCT Alliance Berhad marked several major milestones in the development of NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP), reinforcing its role in supporting Selangor’s industrial growth.

The event was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Dato’ Menteri Besar Selangor, with key representatives from the Selangor State Government and NCT Alliance Berhad in attendance.

Key milestones included:

✅ Vacant possession handover for Phase 1
✅ Official launch of KM2 in Phase 2
✅ Completion of Dataran NCT
✅ Collaborations with SIRIM Berhad and MDEC
✅ Jalan Langat Lestari infrastructure milestone
✅ Formalisation of NSIP’s Managed Industrial Park model

NCT Smart Industrial Park is also a recipient of Asia Record, recognised with the title:

Phase 1 comprises 280 solar-equipped industrial units with a take-up rate of close to 90%, while KM2 in Phase 2 comprises 241 units.

Spanning approximately 910 acres with a GDV of RM10.2 billion, NSIP integrates smart infrastructure, 5G connectivity, an AI-managed Centralised Labour Quarter, solar power, EV charging, rainwater harvesting and flood mitigation systems.

As Malaysia’s largest GreenRE-certified ESG managed industrial park, NSIP continues to strengthen South Selangor as a future-ready industrial and investment hub.
