  • Overseeing Operations and  General Management and Property Development.
  • Overall planning, executing, controlling and coordinating property development projects.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/M&E/Construction.
  • At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the Property Development and Construction related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): independent, proactive, resourceful, strong leadership, strategic thinking, results-oriented & excellent in organizational skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

  • To manage and to lead the QS team in taking off, BQ & materials, tender document preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, V.O., evaluation of claims, checking of drawings & consultant coordination, etc.
  • Lead in improvement in the project quality control, making proper recommendation, follow up and taking necessary action.
  • Establish database for cost, materials and supply sources.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in related field.
  • Familiar with bills of quantities, tender documents, tender process, analysis, award and finalisation of contracts.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, resourceful, leadership and communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients & suppliers.
  • Computer literate with strong Excel background.

  • Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service)
